JOB ROLE: Wake Night Support Worker
LOCATION: Witney (OX29)
SALARY: £12.00 - £12.70* per hour
We are looking for fun and passionate people to join us at Hawthorns, our service in Minster Lovell, Witney.
At Hawthorns, we support 6 adults with Learning Disabilities, as well as support with everyday living skills like shopping, cleaning and cooking our staff support people to have fun and make every day the best it can be for each person.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including
- Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
- Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
- Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
- Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking
Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
