At Keys, we’re developing a new Leadership Academy to grow and support current and future leaders. As part of our commitment to Investors in People, we’re launching an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals:

Trainee Manager – Leadership Academy Programme

This 12-month programme is designed for individuals with care experience who are ready to move into a management role. You’ll be enrolled onto an accredited leadership programme, practical leadership experience, and one-on-one support (through coaching and mentoring) to prepare you for a successful career in management.

What the Programme Includes:

• Monthly in-person leadership workshops (1 day per month)
• Workplace mentoring following manager induction
• Experiential learning assignments after each module
• Coaching and development sessions
• Accredited learning aligned to industry standards
