Resourcing Partner (in-house) -  37.5 hours per week, Halesowen - Hybrid home and office working 

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Resourcing Partner to join our team based in our Halesowen Support Centre. This is an integral role for our organisation, recruiting for a variety of roles for our central support functions including Finance, HR, Marketing and IT to name but a few. Finding the very best talent in a forever changing market is the key to success, along with building relationships with key stakeholders across the group. 

Please note there will be a requirement to be based from our office in Halesowen a minimum of 1 day per week with the remaining days being home based.

As a Resourcing Partner you will:

  • Build excellent working relationships across the organisation
  • Interrogate vacancy briefs and information to ensure that you have a full understanding of the vacancy requirement and can suitably candidate match to the role
  • Advertise roles across a variety of platforms including job boards, social media and localised advertising 
  • Utilise CV databases and headhunting methods to seek the strongest candidates 
  • Build an effective talent pool of candidates
  • Strive to continually challenge our recruitment processes and candidate attraction methods with the ambition to be a sector leader and an employer of choice
  • Be a positive brand ambassador for Keys Group
  • Complete candidate offers including contracts and offer letters
  • Resolve queries by telephone, email and face to face

We are looking for an experienced Resourcing Partner that is:

  • Experienced in head hunting and CV searching with demonstrable success
  • Motivated by a passion for quality and striving to seek the strongest talent
  • Experienced with using social media platforms such as LinkedIn to successfully source and headhunt candidates
  • Confident with recruiting for roles at all levels from entry level positions through to senior management across a multitude of disciplines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise
  • Experienced in recruiting within in the care sector (advantageous)
  • Organised with an outstanding ability to prioritise
  • Willing with a 'Can-do' attitude
  • A great communicator with attention to detail
  • Computer literate
