About South Park Enterprise College

South Park Enterprise College is an independent SEMH specialist school for students aged 11-16, many with EHCPs and diagnoses such as ADHD or ASD. 

We provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people who have struggled in mainstream schools or face exclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students with a wide range of special educational needs (SEND).
• Deliver Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education, helping students achieve their full potential.
• Use a spiral approach to teaching—revisiting key topics to build knowledge, deepen understanding, and develop skills over time.

Requirements

• Is passionate and committed to supporting students with SEND.
• Has at least two years of experience working in a SEND setting or a similar provision.
• Holds QTS or QTLS (preferred but not essential).
