Salary from 1st April 2026: £28,288 - £44,304 | Full Time (40 hours/week)

Purpose of the Role

To plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that meets the diverse needs of pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan, teach, and assess a range of subjects and learning to support students’ progression within Maths
• Work as part of the team to deliver lessons, support positive behaviour, and to make students feel safe so that they can learn and achieve 
• Follow whole school systems to teaching and learning. We will support you with a full induction, we are a very supportive team
• Support with report writing, help to expand our curriculum documents as part of a team, data collection, and clearly communicate with all stakeholders
• Create engaging and safe learning environments 

Requirements: 

• A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
• Experience teaching at secondary level and Maths 
• At least two years’ experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision 
• QTS/QTLS is a requirement
