We’re looking for a passionate Lead Maths Teacher to join our supportive school in Cannock.
You’ll shape the direction of the maths department while delivering engaging lessons that inspire students.
As a leader, you’ll develop the curriculum, support fellow teachers, and create a positive classroom environment that builds students' confidence, independence, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and plan Maths lessons
- Provide professional learning and development for all pupils through establishing personalised learning routes
- Help and support individual pupils as required and encouraging them to research topics themselves
- Keep a register of pupils' attendance, set assignments and homework, mark pupils work, record completion, write progress reports and carry out continuous assessment
- Plan and lead on the curriculum in accordance with Keys Group and Ofsted Educational Standards
Requirements
- Committed and passionate about supporting students with SEND
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a SEND setting or similar provision
- QTS/QTLS qualification is a plus
