Full Time Support Worker - Bethany Lodge

£11.50-£12.30 per hour

35hrs a week

Due to continued growth within our EPIC team we are seeking Full Time superhero’s to join our AMAZING supportive team at Bethany Lodge, to help deliver outstanding care and support to the people we support lives

Bethany Lodge is a residential service that supports up to 7 people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or Asperger’s Syndrome

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development.

Bethany Lodge offer sector leading training and coaching to help their staff level up and further there career by learning new key skills, gaining a variety of excellent qualifications which can led to a vast number of progression opportunities within the social care sector

Many of our Regional and Service Managers joined us as Support Workers and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder!

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people we support including:

• Supporting People We Support with Gardening
• Accompanying People We Support to Leisure Centre’s
• Supporting People We Support with Arts and Crafts
• Supporting People We Support with Cooking
• Going to the cinema with People We Support
• Going bowling with People We Support
• Going shopping with People We Support and accompanying them to trips to town centre
