Location: Rotherham
Salary: £14.05 – £14.75 per hour
Hours: Full-time (39 hours per week)
Driving Licence: Required
About the Role
Keys Group is looking for caring and motivated individuals to join our residential care team in Rotherham. As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will support young people with emotional and behavioural needs to live happy, safe, and fulfilling lives.
No previous experience is required we provide full training and clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and supportive home environment
- Build positive relationships with young people
- Support daily routines including meals, activities, and education
- Encourage hobbies, interests, and social activities
- Act as a positive role model
- Support young people through challenging situations
Requirements
- Caring, resilient, and positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work shifts, including sleep-ins
- Full UK driving licence
