Digital Marketing Manager (Employer Brand & Recruitment)
Location: Halesowen (minimum of 1 day per week) and home working 
Reports to: Head of Marketing and Comms

Overview:
Keys Group is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead efforts in enhancing the employer brand and improving recruitment activity. The primary focus of this role will be to develop and manage content that highlights what it’s like to work at Keys Group, ensuring that prospective applicants gain a clear and engaging understanding of our company culture, values, and opportunities. You will be responsible for overseeing content on our social media platforms and job listings, particularly on Indeed, working closely with both the marketing and recruitment teams to create compelling campaigns that attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employer Branding:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance the employer brand, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
    • Create, curate, and manage content that promotes the company's values, culture, and employee experiences.
    • Build and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) that speaks directly to potential candidates.
    • Regularly update and optimise the company's Indeed page and other recruitment platforms to accurately reflect the working environment and opportunities at Keys Group.
  • Recruitment Marketing:
    • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and target audiences for each role.
    • Develop and execute creative recruitment campaigns that appeal to prospective applicants and help fill open positions.
    • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Content Creation & Management:
    • Lead the creation of engaging digital content (videos, graphics, blog posts, etc.) that showcases Keys Group as an employer of choice.
    • Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva to produce high-quality, visually appealing assets for both organic and paid campaigns.  
    • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of marketing materials.
  • Collaboration & Project Management:
    • Work in partnership with the recruitment team to brainstorm and execute fresh ideas for engaging potential employees.
    • Ensure alignment between recruitment needs and marketing efforts by participating in regular strategy sessions with HR and recruitment stakeholders.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within employer branding or recruitment marketing.
  • Proficiency in design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing corporate accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with different departments.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to track, analyse, and report on marketing performance.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas that align with business goals and drive engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding.
  • Experience with video editing tools and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising strategies.
