Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive 

Location: Hybrid / Halesowen (1 - 2 days per week in office) 

Reports to: Marketing Manager 

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role 

Keys Group is looking for a confident, outgoing and creative Sales and Marketing Executive with a strong ability to network across all Keys group teams. This fast paced, strategic, and dynamic role is perfect for someone who thrives on thinking on their feet and solving problems.

This is a refreshingly varied role developing original ideas that showcase the incredible work we do across our residential homes and schools for children and adults. This role is all about thinking differently to help increase occupancy, finding unique ways to tell the story of our services, highlight available placements, and attract new referrals from local authorities and commissioning bodies. 

Working closely with our Business Development team and operational colleagues, the successful candidate will be responsible for crafting service-specific campaigns, producing compelling content, and driving innovative marketing activity that supports new service launches and brings the Keys Group offer to life. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan and deliver creative marketing campaigns that promote services and schools with current vacancies or new openings.
  • Create tailored content - including videos, case studies, service spotlights, and social media - that showcases success stories and the quality and uniqueness of our services.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and operational teams to align marketing activity with referral priorities.
  • Manage website and social media content to ensure visibility of available services and consistent brand messaging.
  • Support the launch of new services with targeted marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and use insights to refine and improve future activity.

 

What We're Looking For: 

  • 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing or similar role.
  • Confident in sourcing stories and speaking to a variety of internal stakeholders. (Essential)
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once. (Essential)
  • Excellent content creation skills across written, visual, and digital and digital formats.
  • Understanding of digital channels and tools, including social media platforms
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools. (Further training and development can be provided)
  • Collaborative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, creative thinker who is solutions-focused and keen make an impact.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in marketing for services targeted at commissioners, local authorities, or within children’s/adult social care.
  • Confidence in video editing and basic photography. (Further training and development can be provided)
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. WordPress). (Further training and development can be provided)
