Location: Hybrid - Halesowen approx 2 x days per week

Reports to: Marketing Manager
Keys Group is seeking a creative, proactive, and driven Marketing Executive to help increase occupancy across our children’s and adult services. The core focus of this role is to create and deliver impactful marketing content and campaigns that raise awareness of our services, particularly those with current vacancies, and attract new referrals from local authorities and commissioning bodies.
Working closely with the Business Development team and operational leaders, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing targeted, service-specific marketing activity to support new service launches, spotlight available placements, and build positive visibility of the Keys Group offer.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
- Create and deliver targeted campaigns that showcase services with current vacancies or new openings.
- Develop tailored marketing collateral (print, digital, video, social) to promote individual services or regional offers.
- Work alongside the Business Development team to understand referral priorities and align campaigns with placement demand.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Produce engaging content that highlights the quality, outcomes, and uniqueness of our services – including case studies, service spotlights, team interviews, and video content.
- Ensure content is adapted for different audiences (e.g., local authorities, referrers, families).
- Support services in capturing and sharing positive stories and successes.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and update content across the Keys Group website and social media platforms to support visibility of services with vacancies.
- Schedule and post content regularly on social media, ensuring consistent tone, branding, and messaging.
- Optimise content for SEO to support online discoverability of our services.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Business Development, Regional Operations Managers, and Registered Managers to identify marketing opportunities.
- Support the launch of new services with tailored campaigns and launch plans.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers (e.g. designers, photographers) to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and adjust activity based on data and feedback.
- Prepare reports on marketing impact, with insights and recommendations for improvement.
What we're looking for;
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within health, social care, education, or a mission-led organisation.
- Excellent content creation skills – written, visual, and digital – with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong understanding of digital channels and tools, including social media platforms and basic SEO.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro), or similar design tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
- Collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, creative thinker who is solutions-focused and keen to make a measurable impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing for services targeted at commissioners, local authorities, or within children’s/adult social care.
- Confidence in video editing and basic photography.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. WordPress).
- Data-driven mindset, with experience tracking campaign success using analytics tools.
