The residence is overseen by an exceptional and energetic team, now seeking a manager to drive the progress of the home to new heights!
Your Profile: To be part of our dynamic team of Managers, you bring:
- 2 years’ residential experience caring for adults with Mental Health Needs
- QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or the dedication to attain it
- Track record of proven CQC success, ideally with a rating of "Good" or above
- Proven team management experience
