Residential Support Worker

Plymouth

SALARY: £12.60 - £13.30 per hour / £25,552 - £26,972 per annum  Plus sleep-in allowance, £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep-ins per month, £3,000-£6,000 per annum)

Our 2 bed Children’s Home in Plymouth is looking for a Residential Support Workers to join their team and be part of something special. We are looking for someone independent, who is happy to be active, that likes to get involved with the fun activities with our young people.

With help from your manager and a team of passionate Support Workers you will be working alongside children and young people in residential settings who need a kind, caring and fun place to live despite the challenges they may bring.

Our young people are between 8-18 years old who display emotional, behavioural difficulties. This is why we are looking for motivated, determined and resilient staff who are flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations.

When you join us you will be working to a rota working 39 hours per week which will be completed as shifts including long days and sleep-ins.
