Job Title: Administrator - Learning and Development
Salary: up to £28,000
Location: Remote
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a passionate and driven administrator to join a supportive and energetic team providing high‑quality administrative and compliance support across keys group divisions, ensuring colleagues are equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver outstanding care and achieve positive outcomes for the people we support.
Key Result Areas
- Work collaboratively as part of the Learning & Development team to deliver high‑quality training and support within a safe, caring and colleague‑centred environment.
- Equip colleagues with the knowledge and confidence to advocate proactively for every young person, ensuring their needs are fully understood and consistently met.
- Ensure all training empowers colleagues to recognise, value and support each young person’s individuality, diversity and lived experience, promoting an inclusive culture free from discrimination.
- Promote active engagement in all aspects of learning and development, modelling positive behaviours that reinforce the organisation’s commitment to high standards of care and professionalism.
- Participate fully in team activities, including meetings, training sessions and supervision, contributing to the continuous development of the role, the service and the wider L&D function.
Duties
- Oversee and maintain high standards of data compliance across the organisation, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with internal and external requirements.
- Produce high‑quality, compliance‑driven data reports for distribution to the GLT and SLT, providing clear insights that support effective decision‑making.
- Actively develop skills, knowledge and expertise within the learning and development field, contributing to continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Design, curate and implement future compliance-focused projects, supporting the organisation’s strategic goals and driving innovation within the L&D function.
- Provide flexible and proactive support across L&D systems and processes, helping to streamline workflows and improve the user experience for colleagues at all levels.
About you
