Tutoring Manager:
We are excited to announce this new opportunity at Keys Group. As our new Tutoring Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of Leadership, direction and management of Keys tutoring service with a focus on strategic management, operational efficiency, business development and staff management.
The Tutoring Manager will be expected to have the knowledge, skills and experience to drive the performance of their service and support the division to achieve excellence.
Responsibilities of Appointment:
- Monitor and support their team’s performance and provide opportunities for them to develop and comply with industry standards, continuous professional development, and appropriate training requirements
- Ensure the tutoring service is compliant with all company policies, procedures, current sector guidance and legislation as well as any relevant Local Authority polices and guidance.
- Actively promote and ensure that student’s individual needs are met and that progress is documented and reported to commissioning Local Authorities or interested parties
- To work collaboratively with colleagues in finance and Education Director to ensure that budget is appropriately set and managed effectively
- Implementing robust systems, and technology, to offer innovative tuition
- Awareness of local and national competitors for the service and to be able to recommend and implement changes to services in line with best practice and the current local context
- To work with the Commercial team and Case Managers to proactively support in effectively marketing the service to external parties and to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed with regard to marketing activity

We are looking for an experienced Tutor to join us as a Tutoring Manager, you will be playing your part in helping Keys Group achieve its aims and values. You will be delivering an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students with support from the leadership team.
