Supported Living Service Manager - Competitive – 40 hours per week – To join our Supported Living Team.
We are recruiting a Service Manager for our Supported Living services in Buckinghamshire. As the Service Manager you will have day to day responsibility for the management of staff to ensure the delivery of around 1000 hours of person-centered support services for adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health conditions and associated complex care needs in their own home.

We are looking for a Service Manager who:
- Experienced as a Service Manager within Supported Living
- Lives in easy access to Beaconsfield
- Must holds a QCF or NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care
- Multi-Site Experience
- Able to manage dispersed teams
- Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
- Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
- Maintain accurate and clear records
- Financial and/or budgetary experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
- Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
