Children's Residential Support Worker
Location: Bedlington
Salary: £13.45 – £14.15 + £3,000–£6,000 sleep-in allowance
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required
Keys is looking for caring, resilient, and motivated individuals to join our Children's Residential team in Bedlington. No previous care experience is required as full training, support, and funded qualifications are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children and young people in a safe and nurturing home environment
- Build positive relationships and act as a role model
- Support daily routines, activities, and independence
- Provide emotional support and encouragement
What We're Looking For:
- A caring and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins
- Full UK Driving Licence
