Hours: Full‑time – long days & sleep‑ins
Salary: £14.05 – £14.75 per hour
Full UK Driving Licence Required

Keys Group is looking for enthusiastic and fun Support Workers to join our new children’s home. You’ll take part in activities, days out, and everyday adventures, helping children build confidence, enjoy new experiences, and create positive memories.

As a Support Worker, you will:

What do you need?
- A caring, resilient and flexible approach
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Care experience or transferable skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep‑ins
