Learning Disability Support Worker - Manor Farm

St Neots PE19 6UW

£12.60 - £13.30 per hour

Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking Full Time Support Workers to join our AMAZING supportive team at Manor Farm in St Neots - Part time positions available also

Many of our Managers and Team Leaders joined us as a Support Worker and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder into more senior positions

Manor Farm supports ten adults with a dual diagnosis of Autism and Learning Disabilities. 

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

  • Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
  • Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
  • Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
  • Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
  • Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
