Join Keys Group as a Senior Teaching Assistant for our EPIC team in Cannock, supporting students to develop practical skills for life and work.
You’ll help deliver hands-on activities, support personalised learning, and encourage students to build confidence and independence through real-world experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Support students with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, home tuition, outreach, and outdoor activities.
Assist with lesson preparation and delivery, focusing on behaviour management and emotional health.
Provide daily progress reports and identify learning barriers.
Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Student Support Mentor to support students and engage with parents.
Keep parents or caregivers regularly updated on their child’s progress
Requirements
- Is passionate about supporting students with SEND
- Has at least 2 years’ experience in a SEND or similar setting
- Level 3 TA qualification
- QTS/QTLS is a plus
