We’re looking for active, fun, and outgoing Senior Support Workers to support young people in a nurturing home environment. You’ll bring energy, positivity, and resilience supporting young people through challenges while helping them build confidence, skills, and brighter futures.

What you need:
- Minimum 12 months’ Children’s Home experience
- Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification
- A caring, energetic, and flexible approach
- Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
