£29,200-£30,400 per year + additional £3,000-£9,000 per year for sleep-ins
08:00-22:00 39 hours per week
Full UK Driving Licence is required

We’re looking for full-time Children’s Senior Support Worker to join our EPIC team in Welford You’ll play a vital role in helping children and young people live happy, fulfilling lives in a safe and loving home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support, guiding and mentoring other support workers.
- Act as a positive role model for both colleagues and children, demonstrating best practices and nurturing a supportive environment.
- Meet the everyday living needs of the children, fostering an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.
- Develop trusting relationships that make a meaningful impact on the lives of the children and young people you support.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children’s Residential
- Level 3 in Children and Young People
- Full UK Driving Licence
