Senior Support Worker – Children’s Residential Care
Stevenage - Brand New EBD Home
£16.25 - £16.85 per hour Plus - £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, an additional £3,000-£6,000pa)
08:00-22:00 39 hours per week
Full UK Driving Licence is required

We’re looking for full-time Children’s Senior Support Worker to join our EPIC team in Stevenage.
You’ll play a vital role in helping children and young people live happy, fulfilling lives in a safe and loving home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and daily support to young people
- Act as a mentor to support staff and lead by example
- Promote a positive, nurturing environment for recovery and growth
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and colleagues
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children’s Residential
- Level 3 in Children and Young People
- Full UK Driving Licence
