Job Title: Resourcing Business Partner - Education

Location: Hybrid Working, 4 Days From Home, 1 Day at Our Support Centre in Halesowen

We’re now looking fora proactive Resourcing Partner to lead a team of six (three recruiters andthree onboarders) in attracting, onboarding, and retaining exceptionalcolleagues who share our passion. You’ll make sure every new hire meets thehighest safeguarding and compliance standards before joining our schools andservices.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3 recruiters and 3 onboarders.
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand staffing needs and deliver effective resourcing solutions.
  • Manage and develop agency supplier relationships to ensure quality, value, and compliance.
  • Oversee all pre-employment checks, including DBS, references, right-to-work, and qualifications verification.
  • Maintain the Single Central Record (SCR) and ensure full file compliance for Ofsted/DfE inspections.
  • Deliver engaging recruitment campaigns with support from our marketing team.
  • Use recruitment data to identify challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create an exceptional onboarding experience that supports long-term retention.

 

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Recruitment Leadership role within education or a regulated setting.
  • Strong knowledge of safer recruitment and safeguarding compliance.
  • Skilled in agency relationship management and direct sourcing.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
