Accomplish Group are currently recruiting for a Registered Care Home Manager to join our AMAZING supportive team in Ross On Wye
Chepstow House is a residential and supported living service based in Ross-on-Wye that provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health Needs. The residential home supports up to 14 adults, offering a variety of supportive pathways, personalised to suit each person’s specific needs. We are focused on the strengths, interests and dreams of each person we support.
Chepstow House focuses on person-centred planning for the people we support to ensure they receive the appropriate support. We provide an atmosphere that will improve the quality of their lives and helping them to fulfil their potential. Person-centred planning is regularly monitored to include any changes that can enhance the health and enjoyment for the people we support.
We are looking for a dynamic leader who can “make a house a home” and who can work in line with our EPIC values and really own this career defining opportunity and develop the home over a period of time into an OUTSTANDING home.
You will be provided with an excellent committed team with support from our HR, Recruitment, Marketing, Estates, Finance and IT teams. You will need to build effective internal relationships and be continually striving for OUTSTANDING CQC reports.
As with all Accomplish Homes the house is in excellent shape, big kitchen and garden with plenty of parking and space. Regular updates and maintenance keep the house like a home. The service is based in the heart of the community, where it is excellent for introducing independence to the people we support.
This opportunity will see you lead and inspire your own team. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the people we support have the very best care, great role models and a place to call home.
The home is staffed with a fantastic dynamic team, we just need a manager to push the home forward!
Who are we looking for?
To join our supportive team of passionate Managers you will need:
- 2 years’ residential experience caring for adults with Mental Health Needs,
- QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care – or be willing to work towards it
- Proven CQC history of ideally “Good” or above
- Experience of managing a team
