Job Title: Project Manager – Adult Social Care
Location: Hybrid - Home-based with travel to Halesowen (Head Office) and other sites across the group as required
Salary: £45,000 -£50,000 per annum
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to become permanent)
Reports to: Sian Williams, Programme Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to support a wide-ranging transformation programme within Adult Social Care, with a particular focus on Supported Living. This role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact on service delivery for vulnerable adults while working closely with senior leaders and frontline operations. Following a recent restructure from three to two divisions, our focus is on refining our operating model, identifying growth opportunities, standardising finance processes, and improving integration across residential and supported living services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the delivery of strategic projects across Supported Living services
- Contribute to refining the current operating model and staffing structure
- Identify opportunities for growth and service development
- Strengthen links between residential and supported living provision
- Collaborate with divisional directors and finance teams to streamline processes and portfolios
- Ensure consistent project governance, reporting, and communication
- Build strong working relationships with operational teams and key stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced in adult social care or has strong sector knowledge- Essential
- Previous expereince in a similar role- Desirable
- Able to work effectively with operational teams and build credibility quickly.- Essential
- Familiar with project and change management principles (e.g. Prince2, Intro to PM or Change Management)- Essential
- Organised, pragmatic, and solutions-focused- Essential
You don’t need to come from a technical project management background, but you should have a solid grasp of how projects run and how change is implemented. Experience in operational or registered management within social care is a strong advantage.
