Peripatetic Manager - Children's Residential 

Salary: Up to £55,000

Bonus Scheme - Earn 21% of your Salary 

Car Allowance - £3,000 per annum

Paid Mileage - 18p-23p per mile

At Keys Group we excel in providing exceptional support for Children. Step into the role of an Peripatetic Manager in our Activity and Intervention Division, overseeing and supporting our short-break placements across England.

  • Achieved Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).

  •  Impeccable time management, organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative are your hallmark.
  •  Your deep understanding of OFSTED legislation, updates, changes, and best practices sets the standard.

Role of a Peripatetic Manager

  • Provide leadership and management to a team of Registered Managers in our residential care home settings
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to clients
  • Support the Registered Managers with care planning- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services through auditing and make necessary adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
  • Manage budgets and financial resources effectively
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for clients
  • Provide guidance and support to Registered Managers and staff in areas such as medication administration, documentation and compliance with legislation and OFSTED regulations
  • Be the acting Manager for a home, for a period of time, in the absence of a Registered Manager and carry out the complete duties of a Registered Manager.
