Specialist residential and supported living services for adults with a learning disability, autism, mental health needs and acquired brain injury are provided throughout England and Wales by Accomplish.

Keys offers education and care services for children, young people and families across England and Wales through its specialist schools, residential children’s homes, activity and intervention and leaving care services, adult resource centre and family assessment centres.

Package Description

We have an exciting opening to join our team as a senior sailing and powerboat instructor. We would love to hear from you if you hold a senior instructor qualification (SI) and a powerboat instructor qualifcation(PBI)

At Peak Activities we offer a wide range of exhilarating outdoor activities, team-building programs, and educational experiences to individuals, families, schools, and corporate groups across our 5 Activity centres.

Our staff are at the centre of everything we do, and as a member of the team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring all our customers have a fantastic and memorable experience during their time with us.

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and driven instructors to work at Trafford Watersports Centre, located at Sale Water Park in Greater Manchester.

At Trafford Watersports your day will be full of variety, delivering a whole range of activities such as kayaking, canoeing, sailing, and stand-up paddle boarding and Powerboating. No two days will be the same!

Who are we looking for:

You will be expected to ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and professional manner linked to high quality learning outcomes.

You will need to be an excellent communicator and people skills. You should be able to manage a group in potentially challenging situations.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, however we are willing to consider applicants with the right attitude and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

You must hold the following qualification:

• SI
• PBI

Desirable:

• Knowledge of RYA Inspections
• Experience working in a similar environment

Safeguarding:

Successful applicants will require an enhanced DBS check with child and adult barred checklists included – if you do not have one, this can be instigated for you.
