Online Teacher (Multi-Disciplinary & Subject Specialists)
Location - Fully Remote / Home-Based
We’re looking for passionate, purpose-driven teachers to join a trauma-informed online provision supporting young people who have become disengaged from mainstream education.
If you’re driven by impact, relationships, and truly making a difference—this is your role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver live, interactive online lessons
- Engage and support pupils with SEMH/SEND needs
- Build strong, consistent relationships with learners
- Adapt your teaching using trauma-informed approaches
- Play a key role in improving attendance, engagement, and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- QTS essential
- Experience working with vulnerable or disengaged young people
- Strong understanding of inclusive and trauma-informed practice
- Confident delivering engaging lessons online
- A genuine passion for changing young lives
