An exciting opportunity has arisen for a position as a National Trainer within Keys. Your duties will include delivering both online and face to face courses across a variety of services. You should possess a strong attention to detail as well as an ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

The successful applicant will assist in delivering all training programs across the team and wider group and will provide services with any further learning and development requirements.

National Trainer responsibilities are:

  • Deliver a high quality course that meets regulatory requirements and expectations
  •  Develop learner’s skills and knowledge in the industry to ensure a successful completion of their course
  • Design, facilitate and deliver learning via workshops and webinars and face to face sessions
  • Undertake and record regular CPD activities as per a personal development plan.

National Trainer requirements are:

  • Strong communication skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Literate in IT software: Microsoft office, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Demonstrate experience of training and working within Childcare including positive behaviour support, EDI and Safeguarding etc
  • A dynamic personality, the ability to engage and motivate an audience
  • The ability to plan and manage your own diary with excellent time management skills and be flexible/adaptable
  • Level 3 Award in Education & Training and/or TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33
  • Minimum Level 3 QCF/RCF
  • A full UK driving licence with your own transport as travel will be required to fulfil this role.
