Full Time contract 35hr a week
Due to continued growth within our EPIC team we are seeking Full Time superhero’s to join our AMAZING supportive team at Kemble House, to help deliver outstanding care and support to the people we support lives
Kemble House supports 15 people with Learning Disabilities and Autism to develop their skills and work towards living the life they want to live
Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development.
Kemble House offer sector leading training and coaching to help their staff level up and further there career by learning new key skills, gaining a variety of excellent qualifications which can led to a vast number of progressment opportunities within the social care sector
Many of our Regional and Service Managers joined us as Support Workers and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder!
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people we support
