ECT Maths Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic committed professional to join us as a ECT Maths Teacher
The successful candidate will:
- Plan teaching to achieve progression in pupils’ learning with support and guidance
- Help to engage students with both reading and writing
- Provide clear structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation and challenge for all pupils
- Establish and maintain a safe environment and purposeful working atmosphere which supports learning and in which pupils feel secure and confident
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
- At least two years’ experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision
- QTS/QTLS is advantageous

At Snow Hill School:
Snow Hill School is a small specialist provision which provides education for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs who require a smaller, more specialised intervention than can be provided in a mainstream school.
We are seeking an ECT Maths Teacher to join our school, support and guidance will be provided as a part of the position. During your two-year induction, you will be provided with a mentor who will be on-site. Assisting you to develop your skills and practice, supporting you with meeting the teachers’ standards within our own in-house training platform.
