Deputy Manager

Location: Dudley

Salary: £17.80 - £19.30 per hour

Our family assessment centers support a variety of vulnerable families with children up to the age of 5 years old. This is a residential center where the family is supported and observed for 12 - 18 weeks.

More about the role

You will be part of a caring team that provides a safe and supportive environment for vulnerable families led and supported by a Registered Manager.

Leading a team along with other professionals, you will provide the therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child. You will act as a positive role model to colleagues and families to meet their everyday needs, developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth and lasting change.

What do you need?

We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and resilient.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a similar environment and Diploma Level 3.

You need to be able to work flexibly in supporting families. This will include working shifts.
