Location: Maiden Bradley, Wiltshire

Salary: From £33,664 - £34,881 per annum PLUS additional sleep in  payments.

Full UK Drivers licence is essential

Are you already a Deputy manager or a Senior looking for your next move?

As a Deputy Manager, you will be an integral part of our welcoming and knowledgeable leadership team, part of a region of 17 children’s homes, with the backing of a growing, national organisation. You will be supporting young people aged 8 - 18 in our lovely 4 bed home located in a beautiful area of Wiltshire, close to Frome and Warminster.

As a Deputy Manager at Keys Group you will be actively encouraged to bring your own unique skills, to be creative and have the opportunity to influence change.

You will be supported to gain level 5 qualifications, to grow and develop into future leaders and to take on additional responsibilities which will give you the confidence to step up to manage the home when needed.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience working within a Residential Children’s home either as a Senior or at Deputy level.
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People 
  • Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
  • Experience with budgets and rotas
  • A full UK driving licence
