📍 Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf
💰 Salary: £14.60 - £15.20 per hour | £30,368 - £31,616 per annum
🕐 Hours: 40 hours per week – Full-time (includes days, nights & sleep-ins)
🚗 Driving: Full UK Driving Licence + access to own vehicle – Essential

Are you ready to take the next step in your social care career? We’re looking for a passionate Deputy Home Manager to help lead our supported living service in Rhondda Cynon Taf, where we empower adults to live more independently and achieve meaningful, fulfilled lives.

You’ll help shape an environment where every individual is respected, supported, and encouraged to thrive — whether that’s through community involvement, education, employment, or simply the everyday choices that matter.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as a Deputy Manager in adult care

NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (minimum)

Full UK Driving Licence + access to a vehicle

We also welcome applications from experienced Senior Support Workers or Team Leaders ready for the next step.

Lead and inspire a team of Support Workers

Ensure high-quality, person-centred care

Organise engaging, empowering activities

Maintain and review care plans and documentation

Collaborate with families, health professionals, and external agencies

Conduct team supervisions, audits, and performance reviews

Foster a homely, supportive, and efficient care environment
