Job Title: Deputy Home Manager – Children's Residential
Location: Crawley
Salary: From £33,664 PLUS an additional £62.64 for sleep-ins
Hours: – Full Time 39 per week including 15 hours per week admin and 24 hours supporting our young people including weekends and some sleep-ins
FTC maternity cover
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required
A minimum Level 3 qualification and experience within a Children's home environment is essential
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our children's home in the Crawley area on a fixed term contract and bring a new dynamic to the home.

What do you need?
- A minimum of 2 years’ management experience working within a Residential Children's home as a Senior, Team Leader or Deputy.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 or above in children's residential workforce
- Related knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
- Highly driven, proactive and enthusiastic.
- A strong people manager with a hands on approach.
- Experience of budgets and rotas.
- Full driving licence is essential.
- You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
