Deputy Care Home Manager - Carmarthen

JOB ROLE: Deputy Manager

LOCATION: Johnstown, Carmarthen

PAY RATE: £12.80 - £13.80

Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking a full time (35 hours per week) Deputy Manager to join our team at Ty Arfryn

If you are a Care Assistant / Support Worker / Senior Support Worker with an NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every, this may be the role for you!

We are looking for a Deputy Manger who has:

  • Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
  • Must have NVQ / QCF in Health and Social Care Level 3 or above and be willing to work towards Level 4
  • A high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
  • A good understanding of commercial principles and practices
