Deputy Business Support Manager

Full or Part Time Deputy Business Support Manager– Adult Clinical Services

Location : Home based

Salary: 30k Pro Rata.

Hours: 37.5 Monday -Friday

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Flexible working hours will be considered)

We are looking for a well organised and friendly Deputy Business Support Manager to support our fabulous team who care for Adults in a residential and supported living services. This is a newly developed clinical team, who provided clinical advice, support, training and guidance to our operational colleagues across England and Wales. We have a fantastic Business Support Manager who you would report in to, and we can assure you of a warm welcome and a highly supportive team.

Key responsibilities;

  • Monitoring our electronic referral system and actioning new referrals
  • Arranging Multi-disciplinary Team meetings
  • Taking Minutes (MDT’s and Team Meetings)
  • Authorising annual leave requests
  • Authorising expenses payments
  • Supporting induction of new staff
  • Completing petty cash recording and Barclays coding ahead of monthly deadlines

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in administration tasks
  • Good computer and keyboard skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Great communication skills, positive and energetic.
  • A happy and friendly personality
  • An enhanced DBS check is applicable for this position.
