Residential Support Worker Children's Homes

Gweithiwr Gofal Plant Preswyl

Location: Abercynon, Mountain Ash

Salary: Starting from £25,552 per annum plus £3000 - £6000 pa for sleep-ins. (£62.64 per sleep-in)

Shift patterns - Full time working long day shifts plus sleeps.

Full UK driving licence is required for this role.

You will be joining our settled, family home in a lovely area, where we support 3 young people who enjoy sports and gaming so you will be keeping them busy and active and come to work with a smile every day.

What do you need?

  • You must be eligible for registration with Social Care Wales.
  • Previous experience isn't necessary as we provide full training and support.
  • We want people who are naturally caring, energetic and want to get involved.
  • Great communication skills, positive and fun.
  • Full UK Driving licence is required
  • Ability to remain calm and to show resilience
