Job Title: Children’s Residential Support Worker
Location: Loughborough
Salary: £14.05 - £14.75
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required
Join Keys and support children with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Physical Disabilities in a warm and nurturing residential home.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day care and support
- Support with personal care and medication
- Build positive relationships and encourage independence
- Take part in activities, outings, and daily routines
- Help create a safe and happy home environment
What You'll Need
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins
