Children’s Residential Support Worker
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £26,700 - £28,100 per year + an additional £3,000 - £9,000 per year for sleep-ins
Hours: 08:00-22:00 working 2-3 days a week
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence required

What You’ll Be Doing
Creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing home environment
Being a positive role model, mentor, and trusted adult for young people
Taking part in activities such as football, gaming, cycling, and baking
Supporting daily routines, including cooking and household tasks
Encouraging independence and life skills
Building meaningful relationships and empowering young people to make their own choices
