Children's Support Worker - Stevenage (Drivers)

Package Description

Children’s Residential Support Worker

Location: Stevenage
Salary: £26,700 - £28,100 per year + an additional £3,000 - £9,000 per year for sleep-ins
Hours: 08:00-22:00 working 2-3 days a week 
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence required

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing home environment

  • Being a positive role model, mentor, and trusted adult for young people

  • Taking part in activities such as football, gaming, cycling, and baking

  • Supporting daily routines, including cooking and household tasks

  • Encouraging independence and life skills

  • Building meaningful relationships and empowering young people to make their own choices
