Job Title: Children's Support Worker - learning disabilities
Job Location: Woolston, Southampton
Hours: Full-time (39 Hours) working various shift patterns including long days and sleep ins.
Salary: £13.00 - £13.70 per hour (26,364 - £27,784 per annum ) plus extra £3k - £6k per annum for sleep ins (based on 4 - 8 per month)

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and caring Children's Residential Support Worker to join our family home! In this role, you'll be the beacon of hope, providing unwavering support to our young champions. Get ready to make a real difference in the lives of children who need it most.
What do you need?
- Previous relevant experience or transferable skills such as adult supported living care, police, education, ex forces or supporting vulnerable people.
- A real passion and desire to support children in a homely environment
- A high level of resilience, ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
- A good level of English communication skills
- Experience or knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models.
- Full UK drivers licence would be beneficial.
