Keys Group has an exciting opportunity for an inspiring and motivated Registered Manager to lead and develop our home in Worksop, ensuring the highest quality of care and promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people we support.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Manager, you will:
- Deliver High-Quality Care: Ensure the care and progress children make is outstanding.
- Strategic Planning: Be responsible for the strategic planning and development within the home and all day-to-day management matters.
- Lead and Support: Lead your team alongside other professionals to provide therapeutic care and support for each individual child, focusing on achieving the best outcomes.
- Role Model: Act as a positive role model to colleagues and children, fostering trusting relationships that create recovery, growth, and lasting change.
- Staff Development: Mentor staff, organize work patterns, facilitate care-focused training to QCF Level 3, and conduct performance reviews and appraisals.
- Service Development: Oversee the service development, budget, and financial performance of the home.
- Safeguarding: Ensure the protection, safeguarding, and promotion of the wellbeing of our children and young people.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a similar environment at a senior level.
- Qualifications: Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People's residential workforce. Achieved or working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People's Management Qualification).
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as the Children's Act 1989 and Children's Home Regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Highly driven, proactive, and enthusiastic leader with a hands-on approach.
- Management Skills: Strong people management, budgeting, and financial management experience.
- Commitment: Fully committed to achieving the best outcomes for children.
- Driving Licence: A full driving licence is essential.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly and carry out on-call duties.
