A word from Our Retiring Manager:
‘It has been a pleasure and a privilege to firstly set up and register Willow 9 years ago and, secondly, to see how the ethos of nurture and care have been developed and embedded within the culture of the home. Since being acquired by Keys Group, myself and the team have been able to access incredible support that has impacted on the quality of care we have been able to provide to our young people – Specialist Support Team, Quality Team, Clinical Team, Training and Learning Development Team to name but a few!. I have further been supported by our amazing Regional Manager and Residential Director, alongside two strong long-term Deputy Managers.
Life at Willow has had its ups and downs, but the team have remained strong and fully committed to the young people in their care.
Many of our previous young people (as well as present young people) talk about Willow as being ‘their home’ and how they consider themselves to be part of ‘the Willow family’. I am very proud of what we have all been able to establish and achieve; I strongly believe that our current ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating is down to the passion of all involved in the home wanting the very best outcomes for the girls’
