Bank Children’s Residential Support Worker

Location: Spalding

Salary: £14.05 - £14.75

Contract: Bank (flexible shifts)

Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence

Join our EPIC team supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in a safe, family home environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Support daily routines and personal care
  • Create a safe, positive home environment
  • Build relationships and encourage independence
  • Take part in fun activities and outings

What we need:

  • Caring, flexible, and resilient attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including sleep-ins
