Job Title: Associate Resourcing Partner 

Location: Halesowen (Hybrid WFH 4 days per week)  

Full-time- Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Reporting to: Charlotte Hale 

Are you passionate about recruitment and building strong partnerships with stakeholders? Keys Group are looking for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, values-driven environment and can balance strategic talent pipelining with hands-on delivery. 

About the Role 

As an Associate Resourcing Partner, you’ll work closely with Keys Group’s central services (including Clinical, Quality, Estates, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Resourcing). You’ll act as a true partner—supporting managers to attract, assess, and appoint the right talent across junior to mid-senior levels. 

This is a blend of headhunting and managing advert responses, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and helping others understand great recruitment practices. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on recruitment best practices.
  • Proactively source talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
  • Write compelling job adverts and manage application responses efficiently.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from briefing to offer—across a range of central service functions.
  • Champion consistent, inclusive, and effective hiring processes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

What We're Looking For 

  • Previous experience in internal recruitment, RPO, or agency-side delivery.
  • Strong headhunting and candidate sourcing skills.
  • Confident communicator—able to influence and educate hiring managers.
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tech.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
