Activities Support Worker - Liverpool

JOB ROLE: Activites Support Worker

HOURS: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday   9.00 - 4.30pm

LOCATION: Liverpool, L9

SALARY: £12.00 - £12.70 Depending on qualifications

A full, clean driving licence is also essential as driving of the Centre’s minibus will be required.

 

We currently have an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team at Walton Progressive Resource Centre based in Liverpool. The Centre is staffed with a highly skilled and qualified team of professionals. We provide support and encourage independence both onsite and within the community to adults with complex needs, including; learning difficulties, autism and behaviours that are challenging.

The Resource Centre is a lively, busy environment, supporting up to 60 people per day within a variety of activities, including leisure, vocational and citizenship in the community. 

Health and wellbeing are at the forefront of everything we do and we are looking to recruit people from a diverse range of backgrounds that can support our Trainees to achieve their potential.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptionally high standards, an empathic approach and act as a role model to the Adults we support.
