As a Tutor, you’ll use your professional expertise to deliver engaging, tailored sessions in English, Maths, and life skills, supporting academic progress while nurturing emotional wellbeing.

We’re looking for adaptable, creative educators who want to use their teaching skills in a flexible, impactful way.

This role is ideal for:

• Qualified Teachers (QTS, QTLS)
• Teachers seeking a meaningful change from mainstream education

You’ll bring:

• Recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
• Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills
• A passion for inclusive, learner-centred education
• Excellent communication and organisation skills

Working Pattern:

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm
• This is a term time position, working 40 weeks per year (39+1)

Salary range: £30,000 to £38,000 per annum, dependant on experience.

Please note: We are currently needing 1:1 tutors to support in Thetford, Norwich, and Great Yarmouth. This role requires flexibility to support young people across Norfolk, with occasional travel to neighbouring counties.
